For years, we have grown by word of mouth and there is no better compliment than the referral of a friend or a family member. We consider this the favor of the Lord as we have yet to spend any money on advertisement. Currently, after two and a half years of operation, we have 15,000 clients/patients. However, at this time, we have come to the difficult realization that we have reached our capacity to care and offer timely appointments to our established clients when they need us most. In order to serve our established clients and patients, we are temporarily not accepting new clients until further notice.
For our established clients, we are currently booked 8-10 weeks in advance for elective surgery procedures. If you are an established client and you get a new addition we will gladly welcome you to our family. We will continue seeing our established patients by appointment only during office hours. As the year continues, the opportunity to serve overseas on the mission field continues to arise and please check with us in advance as my travel schedule is very frequent as to when I will be out of the office.

Matthew 6:26 While we all love our animals, BUT our staff's jobs as mothers and fathers always come first. This is why we are not open like a normal, full-time clinic. Please be patient when scheduling an appointment, or waiting for a return phone call. If we cannot accommodate your needs, please select another clinic that can better fit your needs. Our role as a parent is our top priority! We are a work family. Please know that by disrespecting one of our employees, you will kindly receive a copy of your records and asked to find a different clinic. If we are in the wrong on something, we will make every effort to make it right, however, rudeness isn't tolerated. |
